2020 Bred Heifers

THANK YOU TO ALL THE BUYERS, BIDDERS, AND SPECTATORS FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT AND MAKING THE SALE OF OUR BRED HEIFERS A SUCCESS. THE RESILIENCY OF THE RANCHING COMMUNITY DURING DIFFICULT TIMES IS SECOND TO NONE. ALSO, A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT PERLICH BROTHERS AUCTION MARKET FOR ANOTHER GREAT SALE. ALL THE BEST IN 2021!

We have selected some of our finest females that will not only provide longevity, but will pass on the qualities we strive to achieve in our herd. They are smooth, feminine, correct, and sound. We are mindful of the quality of their udders, which is crucial for the growth and development of next years calf crop. We are also careful to select females that hair up nicely in the winter.

We are fastidious when choosing our bulls. We make our selections based on longevity, calving ease, conformation, temperament, and performance. These heifers were bred to premium Hamilton Farms and Belvin Angus bulls. They should provide superb calving ease without sacrificing weaning weights! Typically, these heifers will perform with little to no assistance and the return on investment should be very desirable.

We have done our due diligence and take great pride in selecting the best genetics possible. Our goal is to leave buyers with an optimistic outlook on the prospects of their cattle operation, and to hopefully inherit these benefits, too.

The bulls to our 2o20 sale heifers were turned out on July 10 for 42 days. They are all up to date on their shots as we follow a full herd health program, have received Ivomec, and were pregchecked on October 5, 2020. Invest in the future of your herd, and see if these heifers will be the right fit for you.

2020 Steers

Our steers have been sorted by weight and are being fed silage in our feedlot. They are currently on a Total Mixed Ration (TMR) to push a healthy, slow gain of 2-2.5 pounds per day. Once they reach 850-900 pounds, they will be sold in February and March through the Perlich Brothers auction ring. Steers not sold this winter will be summered on grass and sold in late August, also through Perlich Brothers. We will be updating sale dates on our website once they have been confirmed.
